Our client is an international biotech company originally from Hungary. It is currently building up its site here in Switzerland. We are therefore looking for a person who will help to build up the company in Switzerland. There is already an office in Zug, directly on the lake. In this position you will support the top management and help with many important projects. In this position you have the opportunity to develop internally and there are many opportunities open to you.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Provide support in respect of all day-to-day business and support needs for our employees
• Provide general administrative support
• Organization of oversea business trips
• Organization and coordination of internal and external meetings / events / workshops
• Support the top management in various projects
• Various administrative and organizational tasks
  

Ihr Profil

• Solid educational background ideally a university degree in economics or similar
• Fluent in at least two of the following languages (German, English or Russian)
• Excellent skills in MS-Office
• Strong client focus, excellent service delivery
• Ability to multi-task and being flexible to a dynamic task portfolio
• Reliable and discrete personality
