Ihre Aufgaben

As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Grid Automation business unit based in Skovlunde. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of interesting projects within Substation Automation. You will be responsible for managing the entire project, from initial handover from Sales to the completion of all on-site work. In this exciting role, your responsibilities will consist of:
Leading the international project team, motivating, and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
Acting as the main point of contact for customers.
Managing the customer contract and taking full responsibility for all commercial aspects of the project.
Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements.

Ihr Profil

2+ years of project management experience within a similar field of work
Bachelor's or master's in Electrical Engineering or El- instatatør
In addition to your proven track record in project management, your credentials will include the ability to integrate into our international team.
Certifications in project management (IPMA, PMI or equivalent) would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in the use of English at a business level.
Self- driven and proactive
Solution-oriented with a positive mindset
Interested in working with the execution or projects Nice to haves:
Experience from either off or onshore wind
Knowledge within contract terms, conditions, and delivery terms
Preferred experience with EPC projects.
Technical knowledge and experience of the industry is a plus
A good financial understanding for budgets and experience within procurement
