Ihre Aufgaben

• Implementation of ESG strategy aligned with SFDR and EU Taxonomy requirements
• Stay ahead of the latest developments in ESG regulations, guidelines, and best practices
• Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments of investment opportunities and provide insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG factors into investment processes and risk assessments
• Collaboration with ESG data providers and consultants Monitor and report on ESG performance, providing regular updates to internal stakeholder and investors
• Support the development and delivery of ESG training programs for internal staff
• Participate in industry forums and initiatives to drive knowledge sharing and influence the development of ESG standards

Ihr Profil

• Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, Sustainable management business studies, law, or related disciplines Good understanding of SFDR and EU Taxonomy regulations and their practical application
  
• Excellent written and spoken English and German and strong communication skills
• Familiarity with sustainable investing frameworks, such as PRI, GRESB, TCFD, and SASB are beneficial
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex ESG data
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
