Ihre Aufgaben

  • Close co-operation with the Team, at present involving seven persons
  • Closure of accounts, on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (HGB and US-Gaap)
  • Supporting the Team to accomplish accounting tasks for several holding companies, accounts receivables, accounts payables, payment transactions, implementation of new processes and calculation of capital expenditure
  • Support of ongoing reporting procedures, including ad-hoc reports
  • Internal Audits to ensure adherence to tax regulations
  • Close co-operation in tasks including economic and tax-related issues as well as ad-hoc enquiries
  • Responsibility for special themes and projects related to the Finance Department
  • Personal communication with external contacts, including auditors and public authorities  

Ihr Profil

  • Successfully completed academic studies in the field of economics (University or specialized Technical College) or completed economic training in this field
  • Qualifications as a chartered accountant  would be of advantage
  • Profound working experience in a matrix structure in an international industrial enterprise and/or with an auditing company
  • Solid work-experience in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly closures, in accordance with the German HGB, knowledge of US-Gaap would be of advantage
  • Self-motivation and ability to work on one's own initiative in tasks involving business improvement, including annual accounting operations and project work
  • Excellent ability to work with MS Office, Excel especially, SAP knowledge of clear advantage
  • Additionally determination and clear communication and a logically structured independent working procedure are desirable
  • Ability to speak both German and English fluently, is essential
