We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to the ALPLA Plants worldwide. In this role, you will assist in addressing issues with new technologies or the implementation of new developments and concepts. Additionally, you will support ALPLA factories in achieving their desired performance through audits and assessments, and provide suggestions on how to improve their performance.

• Provide technical support to ALPLA business units worldwide
• Support in the implementation of new technologies, machines, tools and concepts
• Provide technical assistance to ALPLA factories worldwide, with a focus on injection stretch blow molding and injection molding PET and startup support for new technologies / machines
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure factories are meeting performance targets and provide recommendations for improving performance
• Education, training and follow-up with ALPLA employsees after successful implementation

• You have a technical background or education
• Experience in the plastics industry, with specific knowledge injection stretch blow molding and injection molding PET is of advantage
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
• Hands-on mentality, willingness to take initiative and excellent communication skills on a multicultural level
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Willingness to travel more than 50%
