Ihre Aufgaben

  • Build and lead a Key Account team capable of supporting Hyundai's commercial, operational, and financial goals. Develop team members and accelerate the growth of early-career high-potential talent.
  • Develop a strong pipeline to secure future growth with Hyundai.
  • Implement and drive the commercial strategy, performance goals, plans, and vision to ensure alignment of resources for growth.
  • Leverage market knowledge to introduce new products with a compelling $/Car, value proposition, and sustainable differentiation.
  • Apply innovation strategies and drive innovation in the home region and regions with proliferation.
  • Support strategic planning, including market research and competitive analysis, in collaboration with the Sales Director, Strategic Marketing Director, and Project Managers.
  • Nurture customer relationships that provide insight and a competitive advantage through "cradle to grave" relationships.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and Hyundai.
  • Monitor and manage contractual obligations, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay Hyundai's needs and expectations.
  • Strengthen relationships and maximize internal synergies.
  • Demonstrate personal effectiveness and leadership that creates a culture of high performance

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or
  • 5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, with a background in Engineering and/or Innovation. Familiarity with budgeting, sales pipeline management, and business development.
  • Automotive plastic engineering and/or project management experience is desirable, with a proven track record of sales growth. Experience with Hyundai is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with experience working with remote regions.
  • Exceptional record of accomplishment of developing, implementing, and analyzing strategic business, marketing, and sales strategies that consistently meet or exceed planned objectives.
  • Proven success in customer negotiations.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Personally driven and able to motivate others to excel.
  • Good English skills, Korean language skills is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel primarily domestically and worldwide.
