Ihre Aufgaben

Optimization of SiC power technologies and development of new SiC products, in alignment with relevant departments
Design test chips and process/device monitor structures for process control and simulate DOE short loops
Simulation with TCAD to predict the variation of the device electrical characteristics
Troubleshoot layout design issues and apply proactive intervention by working closely with the design team
Contribute to the development of new SiC concepts and translate them into novel layout and process solutions
Analyzing SiC power technology and trends
Coordination with relevant departments

Ihr Profil

Extensive Experience in SiC design
Familiarity with SiC power devices testing and characterization
Extensive Know how about the inner workings of SiC power devices
Experience with TCAD (Silvaco, Synopsys) and layout (e.g. KLayout, Layout Editor)
Fluent in english
Willingness to travel /work on site
