1. Setup of Intune, Defender for Endpoint- Operation of the environments

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Defender essential
• Customisation and implementation of device guidelines and policies
• 2nd level support of the management solutions used, as well as support for the service desk and desktop support
• Participation in decisions regarding workplace devices, processes and policies
• Implementation and monitoring of device compliance profiles
• Collaboration in IT projects that affect the workplace

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector with professional experience
• Several years of experience with client management solutions, in particular Microsoft Intune
• High level of communication skills and self-motivation, independent working style, customer-oriented mindset and confident demeanour
• Cross-architectural knowledge in the Windows environment is advantageous
• Basic ITSM knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification an advantage)
• Good knowledge of project management methods as an employee or work package manager in projects
• Good knowledge of automating tasks with Microsoft Powershell
• Knowledge of the administration of Apple devices is an advantage
• Good knowledge of trouble ticket systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Good knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS)
