HEAD OF EU SALES AND MARKETING (M/F/D)

   We expect you to be an energetic and enthusiastic sales and marketing initiator with an organizational talent, who has both staying power and pioneering spirit. You will be qualified in a technical or business discipline, with extensive travel and successful field experience in the sale of technical components to OEMs of on- and off-highway capital goods. Your experience will have prepared you to communicate convincingly at various levels and to conduct negotiations, and together with your team you are skilled to close sales contracts with accounts you have won over as well as with existing business relationships. You are a hands-on and down-to-earth person who enjoys finding adequate product solutions to customer needs, which requires you to be analytical, systematic and creative. As a flexible and inspiring coach you will know how to grow and motivate our desk and field force comprising customer service and sales representatives besides sales agents and marketing specialists. You will execute business plans derived from the sales and marketing roadmap developed by yourself including offline analogue and online digital marketing tools. Continuously you will observe and assess developments in our market segments to increase market share and commercialize new business opportunities, also by the participation in exhibitions and trade-shows. Absolute customer orientation for the purpose of optimum customer satisfaction will characterize your plan of action. PC-literacy as well as profound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and balance-sheet issues will be prerequisites, with a special eye on supply chain and capacity alignment demands. As you will interact with colleagues internationally, solid German and English language skills, team spirit and a cross-border attitude are essential, able and willing to represent the core values of our company. As a part of the management team, from an organizational point of view you will report directly to the Managing Director at company's headquarters in Eastern Bavaria and with a dotted line to the Global VP of Sales and Marketing of the parent company.
