Ihre Aufgaben

As Senior Embedded SW-Integration Process Analyst you will be focussing on the Integration Processes within our project together with your team colleagues
You are responsible for the technical implementation of derived requirements out of the analytics and governance for an automation solution product which supports the integration process. By doing this you are maintaining the architecture of it and providing solution designs based on the existing product solution
You acquire and maintain an up-to-date, detailed understanding of Gen20x software integration process, and keep it clearly documented
You continuously listen to user feedback to identify areas of improvement
Use lean and similar tools to eliminate waste and increase quality in the integration process
You conduct professional measurement and data analysis that enables effective problem-solving
Based on the analysis, you prioritize problems to tackle, design solution, and accompany the product life cycle to ensure the results

Ihr Profil

You have successfully completed your studies with a Degree in Computer Science or have comparable relevant education or significant expertise that enables you to fill this role
Good knowledge in process mining, using Excel functions, and process improvement methodologies
Experienced in analyzing processes involving both human and technology, writing data definition specification, analyzing event logs, presenting findings
Familiar working in an Embedded SW Development Environment
Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues
Knowledge in agile methodologies and a rapid development cycle
Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science or similar fields
Exceptional analytical skills: Your work target is a giant integration process shared by hundreds of developers. The problems are intertwined in various aspects concerning time, cost, risk, automation, culture just to name a few. You'll need to be able to consider all relevant aspects to avoid false conclusions
Great people and communication skills: You will spend 50% of your work time talking to people who hold very different perspectives on a single problem. The ability to convey understanding and cultivate trust is a musthave
Transparent and organized team player: To tackle such a big challenge, you will work with a big team of people with diverse expertises. Others will depend on your input to proceed with their work. It is crucial that you are able to keep your teammates up-todate in a succinct and effective way
