Ihre Aufgaben

Brownfield and refurbishment of existing Fill Finish manufacturing building
Build new gowning and compounding
Procure, install and qualify required new equipment e.g. add. 3rd Freeze Dryer, automatic visual inspection machine, formulation
Upgrad of existing process equipment (oRABS filling line, freeze dryers, format parts, Annex 1 and controls, facilities and utilities
Overall responsibilitiy to achieve the project objectives technical functions, functionality according to URS, GMP safety and environmental requirements
Lead external engineering and planning companies, F&U, Process and Conceptual Design

Ihr Profil

Experience in Vaccines Fill Finish incl. aseptic Filling and visual inspection
English and German skills
Experience in investment projects in international environment
Board Leadership experience for the management of internal and external resources in international environment
Experience in local construction and permitting requirements
Project Management Knowledge including successful contractr management with ability to deliver safe and fully compliant projects
Well-developed communication skills able to present to Site Management
Technical experience in a GxP regulated environmental with knowledge of pharmaceutical engineering operations
Drive focus on results
Experience in Project Management of medium to large capital projects from design through construction and commissioning phase also with EPCM partners
