Ihre Aufgaben

Responsible for the technical planning and evolution of the IDE Innovation Laboratory
Continuously explore and make breakthroughs in IDE technologies based on corporate requirements, industry development trends, and future-oriented service scenarios and development models, improve developer experience and production efficiency, and support the construction of the developer ecosystem
Integrate the existing programming languages, compilers, and other technologies in the IDE technology ecosystem to form ecological moat
Builds and manages the technical team of the IDE Innovation Laboratory

Ihr Profil

Strong knowledge in Computer Science, including but not limited to Operating System, Compiler, IDE, DevOps tools etc.
Deep R&D experiences in one of the following areas Code Analysis, Cloud Development Tools, AI-assisted Code Completion including AI Pair Programming, Smart Code Search etc.
Deep R&D experience with one of the following IDEs: Android Studio, XCode, Eclipse IDE, VSCode, Jetbrains IDEs etc.
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Strong team awareness and strong sense of responsibility
Ability to withstand work pressure, has the spirit of dedication and research technology, has an international vision
