Ihre Aufgaben

Identification of suppliers, obtaining offers, and purchase of materials
Receipt, booking, and distribution of deliveries.
Managing services and supplies needed for lab and office operations.
Troubleshooting and resolution of procurement issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Maintenance and stocking of essential supplies
Using procurement and accounting IT systems to keep accurate and meaningful records.

Ihr Profil

Excellent stakeholder management skills and a service-oriented personality
Organised working style
Demonstrated independent problem-solving ability
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German. French is an advantage
