Mein Arbeitgeber

• Our client is a medium-sized, family-run industrial company with approx. 1000 employees, located in the district of Weilheim-Schongau in Upper Bavaria. We are looking for motivated and ambitious candidates for the training of junior professionals.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Independent development and structuring of the training content as well as examinations according to the IHK curriculum in the training company
• Teaching practical IT skills and promoting methodological and social skills
• Technical leadership of trainees and dual students into working life for the profession of IT specialist
• Developing and implementing projects for the trainees
• Direct exchange with the IT management

Ihr Profil

• Degree in IT or qualified training in the IT environment
• Alternatively: Degree in business education or vocational school teaching with a clear affinity for IT
• Proven experience in training, teaching, lecturing; ideally IHK training certificate
• Strong skills in web development and scripting (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript,...)
• Knowledge of database administration
• Very good management skills as well as generalist and analytical skills
• Enjoy promoting young talent and imparting knowledge
