Ihre Aufgaben

  • Classic assistance tasks e.g. calendar management, booking flights and expenses
  • Process orders/bills/supplier communication in SAP
  • Scheduling global appointments
  • Meeting organization on site with different team members, remote and in-house
  • Dispatch of documents
  • Coordinate contracts
  • Document storage
  • Onboarding new members
  • Create Powerpoints and Excel spreadsheets

Ihr Profil

  • Apprenticeship in the commercial field would be good, but is not a must, additional work experience compensates that
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, TeamsExperience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Teams
  • Experience in SAP is preferred
  • Pharmaceutical experience nice to have
  • Technical affinity
  • Affinity for different it tools and technology is important e.g. Sharepoint or other tools
  • Profound English skills and german knowledge
