Ihre Aufgaben

In silico design of genetic elements and barcoded libraries using software tools
Develop, maintain and optimize DNA cloning technologies with focus on high content DNA libraries
Develop, maintain and optimize NGS library preparations and coordination of NGS runs with internal and external partner
Presentation and discussion of achieved results in department meetings
Documentation of results
Support of temporary workers / interns / apprentices

Ihr Profil

Scientific studies (Master of Science level or PhD level) alternatively, the position can be staffed with an incumbent with a scientific Master degree or PhD with relevant professional experience in AAV vectors and Gene Therapy several years of experience in DNA design, cloning and sequencing required
Good IT-Skills (MS Office, department-specific applications, Phyton or R)
Verry good English skills (write/read and speak)
German Skills are nice to have
