Ihre Aufgaben

Plan and facilitate and meetings, conference calls, events and trainings
Administration of time-writing and vacation- and absent-files
Travel management, planning, booking, administration of visa process, expense reimbursement
Order and manage IT equipment and office material, administration of purchase order process
Onboarding and offboarding support for employees, students and contractors
Coordination of office space allocation
Contact person for facility management activities

Ihr Profil

Education with focus on Office Management
Working experience in Office Management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Organizational talent with high flexibility to deal with changing priorities
Open minded, friendly attitude, high level of service orientation
Team player
Profound German and English skills
