Ihre Aufgaben

Create MSAT process documents and GMP risk assessments supporting technology transfer to a new facility
Evaluate change impact to process and product quality
Process troubleshooting during qualification studies and CAPA implementation
Implementing the manufacturing process in the plant and timely compilation of process related deviations, change requests and campaign reports
Support implementing process improvements in the GMP environment

Ihr Profil

Master or PhD (preferred) in Bioconjugation, Biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry or related disciplines
Significant experience in Bioconjugation or Microbial, biopharma manufacturing and / or process development, preferably in the area of BioConjugates or USP/DSP (Mammalian or Microbial)
CGMP experience and deep understanding of Bioprocess technology
Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and within the project organization
Fluency in English, German would be an advantage
Strong organizational and project management skills, structured, solution-oriented, focused and well-organized working attitude
Open-minded for new ideas and suggestions
