Ihre Aufgaben

Execution of manual software validation and integration tests in the agile Europe-wide (D, UK, I) development process
Functional end device tests for Sky Deutschland set-top boxes
Design, development and optimization of test cases with the help of ALM, already during the concept phase based on product specifications
Creation of test configurations and cross-country coordination in the teams Coverage of different test areas such as: User acceptance test, E2E test, software download, set-top box vs. mobile device interactions, interoperability e.g. set-top box / router
Accurate documentation of test results in ALM, Jira and Confluence as well as alignment and clarification with the software development team and other test teams
Further development and operation of Sky proprietary test tools as well as the test infrastructure

Ihr Profil

Successfully completed studies preferably in computer science or comparable relevant professional experience
Proven experience in the definition, development and execution of test cases and test suites in both blackbox and whitebox test scenarios
Specialized knowledge of manual software testing in a broadcast or broadband test environment
Desirable knowledge: Experience in the system/software/hardware development of end devices and the underlying infrastructure as well as current programming and scripting language skills and common applications in the test environment (e.g. HP ALM, Atlassian JIRA / Confluence)
Good knowledge of common methods and procedures in testing and quality assurance (e.g. ISTQB, SCRUM, Continuous Integration) is desirable
