Ihre Aufgaben

• Questioning the tried and true and driving appropriate redesigns and enhancements with a game changer mentality and in the spirit of the customers from the field
• Support and further development of the HR module under ECC with a focus on personnel administration and organizational management or payroll and time management as well as the Fiori portal
• Customizing the HR sub-modules incl. schemas and calculation rules and the corresponding authorization roles as well as the development of interfaces and reports, ABAP
• Ensuring operational run including support for the power users in the business departments
• Developing optimal solution scenarios for new requirements in close cooperation with representatives of the business departments, Digital Transformation and SAP Basis, creating the corresponding concepts and documentation
• Active collaboration in projects such as S4/HANA transformation and coordination of small operational changes

Ihr Profil

• Completed IT studies or comparable education with well-founded professional experience
• Profound knowledge in SAP HR module support and project work in the HR environment
• Quality-conscious and team-oriented personality
• Knowledge of German, very good communication skills in English
• Working in Switzerland and knowledge of the Swiss market and regulations
