YOUR TASKS:

• Development and design of main converter power stack. From prototype to series production.
• Concept design, detailed design, validation and industrialization of power stack for turbine main converter.
• Design assessment and validation of power stacks of external suppliers main converters. Support to the nacelle factory, suppliers, global sourcing, SQA and service.
• Investigation of the latest developments on power electronics for future power stack designs.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (Electrical)
• Professional experience in the field of electronic power converters for wind application. Design and validation of hardware of power converters, including especially power stack design (semiconductors, driver boards, heatsink, EMC optimized design), but also rest of main converter components: inductors, protections, etc.
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working.
• Strong communication and team skills paired with intercultural competence.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Customer-oriented interaction with stakeholder.
• English fluent spoken and written.
• Experience: 5 years in power stack design.
• Availability to travel.
