
Aufgaben
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Routine and non – routine analysis on all products and raw materials
- Work shifts to support continuous production if required
- Must be able to work overtime on short notice
- Gravimetric and volumetric analysis
- Operation of specialized instrumentation (Chromatography and Spectroscopy Analysis)
- Accountable for laboratory administration and interaction with plant personnel
- Calibration and verification of laboratory equipment
- Capable of interpretation of data and sentencing
- Adhere to quality and safety requirements
- Good housekeeping and responsible waste management
Profil
- National Diploma in Chemistry/Materials Science.
- BTech/BSc qualification in Chemistry/Material Science would be advantageous.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Chemistry/Material Science discipline.
- Experience working in explosive environment will be advantageous
- Good verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated and independent
- High standard of workmanship
- Good planning and attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and coordinating capability
- Office software related proficiencies (Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc.)
