Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the implementation of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance program
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure CRA requirements are met
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan with clear milestones and deliverables
• Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments for products with digital elements
• Define and implement a risk management framework based on established standards
• Establish and maintain processes for vulnerability disclosure, identification, and remediation
• Develop and maintain technical and user-facing documentation in line with CRA requirements
• Review and enhance software development processes to align with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDL) best practices
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance and security topics
• Support the onboarding and handover process to the incoming Digital Compliance Engineer

Profil

• Proven experience in cybersecurity compliance, ideally with the EU CRA or similar regulations
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of risk management and vulnerability handling in digital products
• Experience with secure software development practices and frameworks (e.g., NIST SSDF, IEC 62443)
• Ability to develop and maintain compliance documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience providing training and support to technical teams
• Familiarity with standards such as BSI TR-03183-1 is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to Completion
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
