Aufgaben

• Proactively manage and steer technical inquiries and evaluations on behalf of the client, as requested
• Set up and coordinate project management systems and processes, with a focus on EHS, compliance, time, contract (FIDIC) and quality management
• Act as a neutral advisor and mediator between 50Hertz and Energinet, reporting to the Engineer
• Support design validation and monitoring, ensuring alignment with technical standards and identifying design issues early
• Manage cost estimates, variation orders, and cost optimization, including reliable impact evaluations
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities, including assessment, response, monitoring, and reporting
• Participate in audits, inspections, and technical reviews, ensuring deliverables meet contractual requirements
• Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders (Owner’s Engineer, FIDIC Engineer, contractors)
• Advise on project changes and legal/regulatory implications, including permits and compliance
• Support onboarding of the long-term Technical Advisor Team, and potentially act as Owner’s Engineer in Q1/Q2 2026
• Ensure timely and clear reporting, including 24-hour daily progress reports and concise recommendations

Profil

• Solid experience in project management and contract management for HVAC and HVDC energy transmission systems, including engineering in HVAC and HVDC primary and secondary technology
• German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2) proficiency, both spoken and written
• International experience or experience working in international teams
• Unrestricted work permit for the EU
