Aufgaben

• Lead a regional team of Project Managers, IT Managers, and Architects in implementing Agile methodologies to improve customer service response rates, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures for demand management, portfolio management, and overall PMO governance, including billing, KPIs, metrics, and tools
• PMO Establishment: Build a new PMO from the ground up, establishing global standards, new program baselines, and appropriate KPIs to strengthen client partnerships
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks, maintaining high levels of project and program management quality
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on project and program performance, utilizing KPIs and metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning

Profil

• Proven experience in leading and managing a PMO, with a strong track record of successful project and program delivery
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and their application in improving customer service and productivity
• Strong knowledge of demand management, portfolio management, and PMO governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to drive PMO success
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
