- For our client, a leading player in the Swiss energy sector, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to strengthen the Trading IT team
- You’ll be working closely with business and IT stakeholders to articulate business ideas, suggestions and problems in technology terms, developing technical concepts and solutions to business problems

Aufgaben
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Support project and service delivery activities
- Analyze and optimize business processes and workflows
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure data integrity
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Deliver training to end-users on new systems and processes
- Continuously improve trading systems and platforms
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Profil
- Profound experience in the energy and finance sectors
- Master’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in project/product management and agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of energy trading principles and regulations
- Familiarity with various energy commodities and trading mechanisms
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages
- Experience with ETRM systems and trading platforms
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; German and French are advantageous
