Aufgaben

RBSL has an exciting opportunity to join our Legal function as an Export Control Administrator. This important role will have responsibility for supporting the efficient and economical movement of goods in accordance with all UK and International customs laws, together will all aspects of Import and Export legislation as defined by HMRC, maintaining knowledge of, and advising, on legislative changes that will impact current or future business procedures.

The successful candidate will assist the Trade Compliance Team with administrative support and be part of an established export control team. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases.
  • Liaise with stakeholders in collecting and collating export control data.
  • Provide an efficient and responsive data input and administrative service
  • Licence authentications in line with guidance and process.
  • Actions tracking and meeting organisation.
  • Preparing presentation material
  • Assist in specific projects as required by the Export Team

Profil

  • Good standard of education e.g. NVQ or equivalent
  • Relevant administration experience
  • General Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to communicate toa range of internal stakeholders.
  • Has a positive and proactive attitude
  • Good organisational skills

Holding security clearance or the ability to attain and maintain a UK security clearance up to SC level would be needed in this role.
