Aufgaben

• Organizing travel arrangements for Field Service and Office personnel
• Procuring work permits and visas for international assignments
• Coordinating support staff and site setup for construction projects
• Managing HSSE documentation for internal and external personnel
• Maintaining the deployment planning system (SEPS) for the Hamburg Turbo site
• Handling administrative tasks such as office supply orders and departmental correspondence

Profil

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
