Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a global electronic Document Management System (eDMS) across multiple sites and user groups
• Own the project timeline, budget, milestones, and critical path
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, technical consultants, and external partners
• Ensure alignment and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Apply best practices in software implementation, especially within regulated environments
• Manage project risks, changes, and compliance requirements
• Drive organizational change management, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee system configuration, integration, migration, testing, and validation
• Prepare and lead project meetings, workshops, and steering committees
• Track progress, report metrics, and maintain project documentation

Profil

• Solid experience in software project implementation, ideally in GMP-regulated environments
• Proven track record in managing complex eDMS/eQMS projects, preferably with Veeva Systems
• Formal project management training and certification
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Experience working in global, multicultural environments
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive change effectively
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; German fluency preferred
