YOUR TASKS:

Management of the Tower Component commodities assigned Commercial orientation.

• Build and develop strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers for tower components category in Global Sourcing Steel tower.
• Coordinate all supplier related activities throughout the value chain.
• Develop global sourcing commodity strategy and ensure implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Master supply chain transformation to new geographic footprints (EU, BRAZIL, INDIA, CHINA, USA).
• Drive price and capacity negotiation process to ensure that Nordex prices are best in class.
• Negotiate and manage global contracts (FPA, QAA, NDA, SERVICE).
• Secure proactive supplier engagement on initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Innovation.
• Ensure KPIs and targets achieved at supplier level.
• Participate in internal Workstreams (cost out programs, localization initiatives etc.).
• Participate in Engineering /Desing internal Workstreams.
• Lead and mentor a global team of Global sourcing managers across multiple regions.
• Responsibility for global reporting in the Towers area (budget, forecast, actuals). Lead costing and full support to Sales organisation.
• Development and design of reporting processes and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Procurement background in commercial activities.
• Negotiations skills, Contracts management experienced.
• Costing and pricing analyst abilities.
• Leadership experience and team orientation
• Structured profile.
• Presentation to Senior management aptitudes.
• Fluent in English. Beneficial skills in Spanish and German.
• Availability to travel.
