- Education: minimum secondary school
- Professional experience: minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance field
- Computer skills: work independently with software in the Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
- Accuracy, ability to make decisions
- Native Romanian speaker
- An advantage: English or German language knowledge
