Aufgaben
- Maintaining a transparent, prioritizing backlog across infra, data, MLOps and security as well as running quarterly planning and publishing a living roadmap with dependencies and risks
- Setting SLOs/KPIs/OKRs and writing acceptance criteria that are testable and auditable
- Gathering and aligning requirements from mission users, security/compliance, and engineering as well as managing trade-offs and communicating decisions clearly
- Partnering with Release Manager/Vendor Liaison to schedule releases, define freeze windows as well as ensuring promotion gates and if evidence packs are in place
- Driving FinOps-aware decisions, tracking benefit realization and cutting scope when it doesn’t move the mission needle
- Surfacing delivery, security and accreditation risks with mitigations as well as ensuring features ship with the necessary artifacts for audits
- Developing champion golden paths, templates and self-service that reduce time-to-first-success for teams
Profil
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a Product owner/ Product Manager for platforms
- Experience with comfortably discussing architecture, SLIs/SLOs, SI/CD and security controls with engineers
- Technical fluency across cloud/ Kubernetes/ data/ ML platform concepts
- Familiarity with prioritizing in regulated/ sovereign or high-availability environments
- Experienced in Stakeholder management and crisp communication
- Very good knowledge of English written and spoken, German as a plus
