YOUR TASKS:

• Invoice Management:
  • Process and release logistics service invoices with attention to detail.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies together with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of purchase requisitions for logistics services.
  • Review transportation invoices and assist with escalation handling.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  • Assist in preparing logistics performance and cost reports.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are currently enrolled as a student in any field – no specific study background required. We value your skills and motivation.
• You have a structured and reliable working style, with a strong attention to detail.
• You’re curious and open to learning and can handle tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• You enjoy working independently and as part of a diverse, international team.
• You have solid English skills. Knowledge of German or Hindi is a plus.
• You’re confident using digital tools and keen to grow your IT skills. A quick learner with a proactive mindset, ideally with some exposure to Office 365, SAP, or ServiceNow.
