Aufgaben

• Lead organizational transformation and strategic internal site communications
• Manage external communication requests and prepare external communication activities through the transformation phase
• Drive change communication initiatives aligned with site and enterprise priorities
• Interface with the Site Leader and the Site Leadership Team as the Communication Lead
• Mentor and guide a local team member to build capability in business partnering and change and strategic communications

Profil

• Solid experience in corporate communications, ideally in pharma and manufacturing environments
• Proven expertise in Change Communications and transformation projects
• Strong ability to develop messaging, narratives, and campaigns for large-scale organizational change
• Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leaders
• Fluency in English and (Swiss) German (written and spoken)
