Aufgaben

• Guide laboratory colleagues in planning, executing, and completing analytical tests for in-process controls and intermediate analytics
• Ensure full compliance with cGMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all analytical activities
• Review analytical methods and specifications provided by analytical development
• Implement new analytical methods from development into routine production-supporting control processes
• Prepare, verify, and maintain high-quality analytical documentation with strong focus on data integrity and accuracy
• Take ownership of deviations and non-conformances, ensuring timely processing and clear documentation
• Participate in quality assessments and investigations to safeguard product integrity
• Support process optimization by contributing to lean, efficient workflows and continuous improvement initiatives

Profil

• Master’s degree or university degree in Natural Sciences, or completed Chemical Laboratory Technician apprenticeship with substantial relevant experience (no PhD)
• Strong hands-on experience with analytical techniques used in chemical manufacturing, especially chromatography
• Solid understanding of GMP principles and regulatory expectations in pharmaceutical production
• High commitment to quality, documentation accuracy, and data integrity
• Advanced German and English language skills for effective communication in a matrix environment
• Excellent organizational abilities with strong prioritization skills in a dynamic setting
• Proactive, responsible team player with a strong willingness to learn and adapt
