Aufgaben

• Technical management, primarily of a nearshore team, for the development of HVAC software.
• Definition of work packages for the nearshore team.
• Definition of acceptance criteria for the code and subsequent performance of acceptance tests.
• Hands-on programming with Matlab as required.
• Guide Embedded SW domain resources in terms of quality, estimations, work results

Profil

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Proven track record in embedded software development and project execution, particularly in a Matlab environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Matlab mandatory
• Ideally, experience with model-based development (e.g. Simulink) and automatic code generation for embedded targets
• Ability to lead and guide embedded software engineers in areas of quality, estimation, and delivery
• Demonstrated experience in requirements engineering, translating system requirements into detailed software requirements.
• Capability to plan and manage software sub-projects in a waterfall-style setup, including estimation, planning, requirements elicitation, resource coordination, and risk management
• Strong communicator in english and german language towards internal and external stakeholders
• Strong in execution, results driven
