Aufgaben

• SEPA Credit Transfers & Instant Payments: Design and oversee the infrastructure for standard and instant credit transfers (SCT Inst)- Ensure 24/7/365 processing capability with a target execution time of under 10 seconds, in compliance with the latest EU mandates
• Direct Debits (SDD): Lead the operational lifecycle for SEPA Direct Debits (Core and B2B), from mandate management to technical execution and collection
• Payment Exceptions & Returns: Establish robust workflows for handling "R-transactions"(rejects, returns, refusals, and reversals)
• Payment Case & Exception Management: Build a high-performance case management system to resolve processing anomalies and complex transactional issues
• Investigations: Lead the resolution of cross-bank payment inquiries and customer disputes, ensuring timely and professional communication with partner banks and regulators
• Payment Reconciliation & Settlement: Ensure 100% accuracy in the daily reconciliation between our Internal Core Banking System and market infrastructures (EBA Clearing,Deutsche Bundesbank/Target2)
• Liquidity Monitoring: Partner with Treasury to monitor settlement account balances, ensuring sufficient funding for all outgoing payment cycles
• Operational Setup: Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), select payment processing tools, and recruit a team of experts from scratch
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to PSD3/PSR, ISO 20022 standards, and German ZAG requirements
• STP Optimization: Drive a culture of Straight-Through Processing (STP), minimizing manual intervention through automation and high-quality data standards
