Project setup requires service delivery from a nearshore country

Aufgaben

User onboarding and platform readiness as well as Onboard new users onto the existing execution platform
Configure required access, permissions, and operational setup as well as Support user readiness for trading and monitoring workflows
Programmatic interface and risk monitoring integration as well as Enhance the programmatic access layer of the execution platform
Develop the interface between the execution platform and the internal risk monitoring tool
Support automated data exchange between trading logic, execution components, and monitoring services
Implement or support post-trade checks, monitoring logic, and relevant control calculations / Advanced algorithmic trading capabilities
Support the development of advanced algorithms for the current execution platform, as well as Extend platform capabilities to support future algorithmic trading use cases
Develop and integrate Python and Java backend applications with Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure DevOps
Engineering collaboration and quality as well as Collaborate with architects, traders, product owners, and engineering teams to design scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions
Ensure code quality and adherence to software development best practices, including documentation, version control, testing, and code reviews

Profil

Strong Python expertise combined with hands-on experience in trading or algorithmic trading
Practical experience with trading strategies, automated trading systems, or trading platforms
Previous exposure to energy trading, financial markets, or comparable trading environments
A combination of strong technical/programming skills and domain knowledge in trading
Proficiency in ReactJS and Java
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka
Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure
