Aufgaben

• Design of analog switching and linear regulators in nanoscale CMOS technology
• Design and optimization of power management blocks at IC level
• Verification, validation, and sign-off of developed circuit blocks
• Close collaboration and coordination with layout engineers throughout the development process
• Support of technical implementation within a demanding ASIC/AMS development environment

Profil

• Solid experience in analog IC design
• Deep expertise in the development of power management blocks
• Experience with analog circuit design in CMOS technologies
• Strong knowledge of verification and sign-off of analog designs
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with the Cadence Design Environment
• Experience with SPICE simulation and/or Spectre
• Experience with proprietary SPICE simulators is an advantage
