Aufgaben

Plan, coordinate and execute initial and periodic qualification and re-qualification of plants, systems and technical equipment
Maintain the qualified state of systems throughout their lifecycle, including periodic reviews and decommissioning activities
Evaluate technical changes and coordinate Technical Change Requests (TCRs)
Manage deviations, investigations and CAPAs and assess their impact on the qualified state
Create, review and release technical and quality-related documentation in compliance with GxP requirements
Ensure full traceability of commissioning, qualification and re-qualification activities
Act as CQV Subject Matter Expert for Engineering, QA, Operations and project teams
Provide technical guidance on qualification activities and measures required to maintain the qualified state
Support internal and external audits, customer visits and regulatory inspections
Present CQV documentation and support the resolution of audit findings

Profil

Technical degree (HF, FH, Applied Sciences or University) or equivalent professional experience in a technical field
Relevant professional experience
Strong experience in qualification and re-qualification activities within a GxP-regulated environment
Experience with technical changes, deviations, investigations and CAPAs
Strong understanding of technical and quality-related documentation requirements
Experience working with Kneat
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Business fluent German required
Business fluent English preferred
Strong attention to detail with an independent, proactive and collaborative working style
