Aufgaben

• Manage the development lifecycle of the Fire Control System (FCS), incl. planning, implementation, validation, review coordination, reporting, progress and issue tracking, change management and risk management
• Ensure accountability for quality, delivery objects, project timelines, and cost management (actual cost, cost-to-complete)
• Define, assign, and monitor work packages; ensure accurate time-tracking and resource allocation by contributors
• Act as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) for projects requiring FCS integration (e.g., SR30, SR35, RG Mk3, GDF009) or specialized tracking/Target State Estimation (e.g., MSU, MSEU)
• Coordinate technical interfaces with subsystems including Kinematics Control, SFV+, DTCM, Alignment/LKV
• Analyze the impact of changes, including technical disturbances, schedule delays, and scope creep.Develop mitigation strategies and solution proposals for management approval
• Ensure rigorous change control processes are followed to maintain system stability

Profil

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in defense or high-complexity/customer-specific systems
• Strong understanding of system integration and interface management
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English (Professional/Technical level)
• German is an advantage
