Aufgaben

Provide accurate, timely medical information in response to unsolicited inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers via phone, e-mail, medical information request forms (MIRF), live chat, and field teams
Handle escalated complex global healthcare professional inquiries with thorough and evidence-based responses
Develop and maintain standard response letters (SRLs), Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and other medical information documents to ensure the Medical Information database contains current, balanced, and scientifically accurate data for US and global Medical Affairs use
Participate in the medical review of promotional materials, ensuring medical/scientific accuracy and compliance with local regulations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including Clinical R&D, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Marketing, Global Market Access/HCS, Medical Affairs leadership, and global medical operations

Profil

Profound knowledge of medical information processes within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Relevant, in-depth experience in providing medical information to healthcare professionals and patients, including handling complex inquiries
Strong understanding of clinical and scientific data and ability to interpret and communicate this accurately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at native speaker level and fluent German
