Highly qualified Product manager with 10+ years experience and strong entrepreneurial background seeking to leverage proven leadership and strategy skills. Simultaneously led 3 cross-functional teams using Scrum framework, developed a clear product strategy that generated 5M Euro sales at the B2B and B2C SaaS solutions.

For a long period, I used to be a Co-Founder and CEO in Media Trend, a lead generation company, internet site, named 100 Credits, and an affiliate network, named Cpartner. The company targeted major Banks and Payday loan lenders, including Citibank, GE Money Bank, Societe Generale, Tinkoff Bank, Barclays Bank, Moneyman. The company was one of three first lead generation companies on the Russian market, and all technical solutions were our own developments.

During my time at Media Trend, I faced a severe fraud and bad traffic problem. In order to solve this problem, I joined Conduster, a fraud prevention and marketing automation SaaS solution, based on a Machine Learning algorithm.

My previous work experience included definition of product strategy and roadmap, collection and measurement of key product metrics, multiple products and features launches. I worked with the cross-functional team to translate customer needs into development requirements in accordance with the Agile framework through all phases of product development.
