Ihre Aufgaben

Fleet operation according to timetables
Monitoring and improving port turnaround times
Coordinating bunker and other deliveries
Application for shipping police permits and certificates
General correspondence with authorities
Communication with our vessels, especially with the Captains and Chief Officers
Managing of the further development of the operational fuel efficiency monitoring and reporting system
Responsible for the continued improvement of the fleet performance data quality
Monitoring of vessel efficiency performance, analyze data, report findings and advise on improvement actions towards the vessel command and shore management
Driving the energy efficiency development roadmap for the company/fleetNecessity

Ihr Profil

Degree in Economics or Engineering (or equivalent proven knowledge)
Good access to and understanding of modern IT technology
Analytically and conceptually strong mindset, energetic and independent
Strong team player service-oriented with great entrepreneurial skills and self-motivated
Sailing experience will be an advantage
Written and spoken command of English & German; Swedish language skills are a plus but not mandatory
Willingness to travel
