Ihre Aufgaben

Define and apply specific UX Design process including tools to be able to create UX Specifications and Value Propositions
Understand product requirements and user psychology and find creative ways to solve Usability and UX problems
Continuously generate and interpret user data (User Acceptance & Usability of concepts) jointly with the User Research team
Anticipate user needs, identify user‘s pain points, generate solution hypothesis, iteratively evaluate potential solutions, describe and specify resulting solutions
Understand potential end consumer as well as internal stakeholders and B2B customers needs and requirements
Create sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
Develop personas and use-cases by the means of user research and data
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to collect, balance and integrate their goals that influence the user experience
Conduct collaboration of cross functional teams such as different Design disciplines, Innovation Engineering, Marketing and OEM customers to shape and follow up on strategy (project objectives), scope (features and functionality) and structure (user journey) to define the UX specification
Structure and present results tailored to different audiences (Design Team, Engineers, Management, OEM customer)

Ihr Profil

Bachelor or Master Degree in User Experience Design or Human Machine Interaction Design with profound experience in UX Design
Sound professional experience, preferable with automotive industry
High proficiency in UX Design tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, Protopie, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Miro)…
Confident in applying UX processes and methods (Design Thinking, Double-Diamond, MVP, Lean UX etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
High level of empathy towards others
Strong leadership, facilitation and communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Good written and spoken English skills
German language skills an advantage
