• Develop technical solutions that meet business requirements using ServiceNOW
• Provide guidance and expertise on ServiceNOW best practices and standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement ServiceNOW solutions
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using ServiceNOW
• Ensure that ServiceNOW is configured and customized to meet the organization's needs
• Provide guidance and support to ServiceNOW administrators and developers
• Participate in ServiceNOW upgrades and releases

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture
• Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations and workflows
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the telecommunications industry, especially with fiber optic networks is a plus
• ServiceNow certification (CMA / CTA) is a plus
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management, preferably an ITIL certificate
