Ihre Aufgaben

You have to coordinate the integration related projects for the German entities including legal entity consolidations, rebranding and SAP
You track progress of the different projects and consolidate the progress made into the main tracker
Your tasks include facilitate project calls and ensure minutes are taken and shared
Complete regional and integration management office requests with the relevant stakeholders in the commercial affiliate and non-commercial functions
Close collaboration with Communications on status updates to be shared with all employees via different means of communication
You work also with finance on project controlling tracking the actual spends versus approved budgets

Ihr Profil

Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, project management or equivalent education and work experience
Track record in managing and coordinating complex projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Skills in Change Management and leading cross-functional teams without supervisory responsibility
Strong knowledge in project management tools and techniques required
Fluent German and English language skills are a must
Know-how in project cost management
