- Coordinate tasks and activities across a multidisciplinary team
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Act as a liaison between team members, management, and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project schedules and action plans
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Contribute to risk and opportunity analysis for ongoing initiatives
- Manage Jira boards: create tickets, update statuses, and generate reports
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs using Power BI
- Support OT cybersecurity efforts, including documentation and follow-up actions
- Track and update cybersecurity-related KPIs for operational technology environments
Profil
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and autonomous work style with a pragmatic mindset
- Strong communication skills across technical and managerial audiences
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in Jira or similar project/ticketing tools
- Strong experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding or strong interest in cybersecurity and/or industrial IT (OT)
- English: Professional fluency required, French and German advantageous
