- An innovative and globally active CDMO is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive global client acquisition and promote cutting-edge services in vaccine development, cell and gene therapy, and complex biologics. Aufgaben
- Drive international business growth by identifying and securing new clients in vaccine development, cell and gene therapy, and complex biopharma projects
- Promote advanced technologies and services in protein and viral vector development, analytics, and GMP manufacturing
- Represent the company at global conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet development challenges
- Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with internal R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to align business development with technical capabilities
Profil
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field; PhD is a plus
- Profound business development experience within a CDMO setting
- Solid knowledge in protein-based therapeutics and clinical manufacturing
- Successful track record in acquiring and managing international clients for complex projects
- Excellent networking and communication skills; confident representing companies at global events
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
