Aufgaben

• Provide expertise in business process management and modeling, ensuring alignment with the company’s global Business Process Architecture
• Identify, map, and document existing business processes for biotech manufacturing operations, including workflows, key activities, inputs/outputs, and interdependencies
• Analyze processes to detect inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and redesign them to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and cycle times
• Develop agile and adaptable processes that can respond quickly to evolving business needs and industry shifts
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate new technologies (e.g., AI/ML, automation) into business processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
• Design systems that automate repetitive tasks and streamline data analysis, freeing up resources for higher-value activities
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and impact of implemented processes, and ensure ongoing monitoring
• Continuously review and iterate process improvements to address new challenges and organizational evolution and Identify risks linked to new or existing processes and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of process changes, fostering buy-in across all levels of the organization
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to highlight the benefits of new processes and drive cultural alignment with transformation goals

Profil

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience in business process excellence, operational excellence, or continuous improvement roles (ideally within pharma/biotech or manufacturing environments)
• Strong expertise in Lean, BPM, and change management methodologies
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (automation, AI/ML) and their application in process improvement is an asset
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to influence and drive organizational change
